It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
No matter how cool the weather is, winter in Sitges always continues to be a tourism season. Christmas is felt in the streets – decorative lights abound and shops also make a great effort to make their windows look beautiful.
Since November 26th, the Christmas lights are turned on in all the streets and there’s a Christmas tree on which everyone can hang their wishes written in a letter. This year, there will also be a huge luminous tree located in Cap de la Vila in which there will be light shows accompanied by music.
There will also be several days in which we will find the Christmas market in the port of Aiguadolç, in which artisans and entrepreneurs from Sitges and its surroundings will have their best pieces available so that you can find a special and original gift. In addition, the port of Sitges is a must-see at Christmas time as it is also all lit up and full of life.
The Winter Market also returns this year, celebrating its sixth edition. A huge space that opens on December 18th and 19th and is dedicated to small shops and artisans. From gastronomic products to artistic workshops, it is a perfect place to share in this season!
We do not forget either the Sitges Christmas classics; the “Pastorets”, the “Quinto” of Christmas, the nativity scenes and concerts… a magical place to spend the holidays!
