Sitges Malvasia week 2021
After three years without celebrating this event, the week of “Malvasía de Sitges” returns for its seventh edition, a sweet wine made from white grapes whose variety is only grown in Sitges and its surroundings.
It will take place between November 10th and 28th and will be held in Vilafranca and Barcelona as well as in Sitges. On the occasion of the celebration, many restaurants will offer a tasting menu and / or dishes that include the typical wine in their preparation. We also find many other interesting activities in the program, and they could interest you whether you are into the world of wine or if you are a complete beginner.
It is one of the first events to be held again after the change in sanitary restrictions, for which the program is loaded with events that might interest you – in this edition of Malvasia Week you have the possibility of attending various tastings of DO wines, also to go on guided tours through the streets of Sitges, visiting markets dedicated to this special wine… they make it easy for you to learn! 😉
